Children & Families Pastor

To develop and deliver a dynamic children’s and family strategy for St Catherine’s Mission Hub Church, building a bridge between community activities, church-based activities and faith. To educate, encourage and support the Mission Hub team in their ministry with children and families. To play a key role in identifying and enabling opportunities for children and their families to grow in knowledge, understanding and experience of the Christian faith, working closely with existing community groups.
Worship Pastor

To pioneer a new programme of music and engagement to deliver the highest quality of sacred music, both traditional and modern, with a particular emphasis on the need to engage with the young and the unchurched. Enhancing and enriching the worship and the experience of worshippers and visitors to the Mission Hub Church, leading God's people in worship. To contribute to the growth of the Mission Hub Church by encouraging and providing new musical opportunities.
Older People’s Chaplain

To provide dedicated pastoral, spiritual, and missional support to older people within the church and the wider community, affirming their dignity, fostering their inclusion, and enabling their continued participation in the life of the Church. The role focuses on enabling older adults to flourish spiritually, emotionally, and socially, whether they are long-standing members of the church, new to taith, or exploring faith later in life.
Community Evangelist

To make friends for Jesus through strategic community engagement, working with existing ministries of the church and pioneering new initiatives. The Community Evangelist will work with the wider Mission Hub team to ensure a cohesive strategy for outreach to the whole community, leading the way in community engagement with a gospel focus. To identify the needs and assets of the local community, build relationships, share the gospel and lead them to faith.
Hospitality Ministry Coordinator

To grow a sustainable, welcoming hospitality ministry that supports St Catherine's Mission Hub Church and connects with our community. Leading day-to-day hospitality, ensuring a warm welcome and a consistently high standard of service. Ensuring hospitality work meets legal, health and safety, and food hygiene requirements, following best practice. Supporting the leadership team with projects that help the church serve and engage the local community.
